His son-in-law, Calvin Stonecash, joined in 1953, with Barbara Stonecash handling the books. After Ralph's passing in 1965, Cal and Barb ran the business. Their son, Kent Stonecash, came aboard in 1988. As Cal and Barb retired in the mid-1990s, Kent took leadership. In 2012, Kent's wife Wendy joined as general manager. The company name evolved to Lowman Heating & Air to better reflect its modern HVAC services. Today, they are the oldest and most experienced heating and air conditioning firm in the region.
