FAQs
Can you handle both the construction of an addition and the new HVAC system it will need?
Absolutely. With over 40 years in construction and an Unrestricted Construction Supervisor License, we manage the entire project from the ground up. We'll construct your new room addition, detached garage, or ADU, and then our EPA-certified technicians will properly size and install a new HVAC system or extend your existing one to ensure even, efficient heating and cooling throughout the new space.
We have uneven heating in our older Worcester home. What solutions do you offer?
Uneven heating is common in our area due to older ductwork, poor insulation, or undersized systems. We start with a thorough assessment of your home's layout and existing HVAC system. Solutions can include rebalancing ductwork, installing supplemental systems like ductless mini-splits for problem zones, or recommending a correctly sized system replacement. Our goal is to eliminate cold spots and improve overall comfort and efficiency.
What does your 'all jobs considered' policy mean for a smaller bathroom remodel?
It means we give the same careful attention and professional craftsmanship to a bathroom remodel as we do to a large addition. With our Lead Safe certification and expertise in all types of veneer plaster and tile work, we ensure your smaller project is completed to high standards, on schedule, and with clear communication. We believe every home improvement project in Worcester deserves a qualified contractor.
