He gave his boss three months' notice, sold his house, and moved his wife and two young children to Boise, Idaho. After acquiring tools, testing for his contractor's license, and passing, he opened shop. The company, formerly known as Shanco Heating and Air, is now Peppy Heating & Cooling. Brett and his family are happy to be part of the Boise community.
